Are you feeling Stressed at work?

 

I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by their job, coworkers, and bosses to feel happy about going into work each day, so they don’t have to wake up each morning feeling weighed down before their day even begins.


Do you bring your work home with you? Does work weigh you down long after your work day is over? How about throughout the night, causing you to barely get any sleep, waking up from dreams about how you could have handled the situation differently? And then waking up knowing you’ll have to do it all over again.

 

Know that you’re not alone! A lot of people feel this way!  I used to wake up in a cold sweat, having just dreamt about work situations. Getting out of bed was the hardest thing and I would have to psych myself up just to drive into work every morning. I would be worrying about work nonstop. It was causing me a lot of stress, not just at work, but with my family and friends too.

 

A lot of people feel this way, but they don’t have to!

 

 

Rachael has been a huge help releasing trapped emotions that were contributing to my anxiety and depression. I feel like so much weight has lifted off of me! She has shown me tools to help out with living everyday life; I will never regret starting sessions with Rachael. Thank you!
